These terms apply to the use of the LANTITE Numeracy app and related website.
2. No official affiliation
LANTITE Numeracy is independently developed and is not affiliated with ACER, AITSL, the Australian Government, any teacher regulator or any higher education provider.
3. No guarantee of result
The app is designed to support practice and preparation, but it does not guarantee a particular score, result or test outcome.
4. In-app purchase
LANTITE Numeracy Pro may be unlocked through a one-time, non-consumable purchase via Apple. Payment processing, refunds and purchase handling are managed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms.
5. Intellectual property
All original text, questions, design, images and other parts of LANTITE Numeracy are owned by the developer unless stated otherwise. Practice questions are original and intended for preparation only.
6. Accuracy and availability
We aim to provide a careful and useful app, but cannot guarantee that all content is always complete, error-free or continuously available.
7. Liability
Use of the app is at your own responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the app or website.
